Bushra Makani. DMD
Dr Makani earned her bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. She then attended dental School at Boston University.
Dr Makani moved back to Texas and has been working in Houston since 2009. She loves working on children and prides herself in her patience and attention to detail.
Dr Makani volunteers her time doing dental screenings at local schools and health fairs. She is also actively involved in spreading oral health awareness.
Dr Makani has two beautiful children and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Her hobbies include reading, cycling and traveling. Dr Makani’s attention to detail and perfectionist personality make her dedication to patients unparalleled.
Rabab Sabbahi. D.D.S.
Dr Sabbahi earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. She graduated from University of of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 2008 where she was actively involved in ASDA, the student run dental Association.
Dr Sabbahi then went on to complete a general practice residency at Harvard Dental School/Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston Massachusetts.
While in Boston, she had the opportunity to work with many prestigious faculty mentors at the faculty center and also at a community clinic in Cambridge.
As a native of Houston, she returned to her home town and has been working here since 2009.
Dr Sabbahi is actively involved in her community and dedicates her time to community clinics and health fairs around town. She has done several mission trips where she provides free dental care nationally and abroad. She recently traveled to Haiti for a week and was part of a team of doctors that worked in Miragoane, Haiti where they saw over 450 patients providing emergency dental care to local villagers.
In her free time, Dr Sabbahi enjoys traveling and cycling. She has completed the MS150 several times and enjoys riding to raise money for the advancement of research in multiple sclerosis.

Araceli Tena, Dental Assistant
Araceli is one of our first members who joined The Dentists at Greenway.
In 2006 she graduated from Pinnacle Career Center in Houston and has been dental assisting ever since.
Her attraction to dentistry gives her the opportunity to truly help people and create beautiful, healthy smiles. She really takes pride in educating her patients in order to attain optimal dental health. Her humor and grace allows patients to feel comfortable when coming in for their appointment.
Araceli moved from Chihuahua, Mexico at the age of 13 and enjoys Houston’s variety of food and music. When not caring for patients, Araceli loves spending time with her family, her dog Coco, and playing soccer.
Danielle Francis, Front Desk
Danielle is studying Biology at The University of Houston with the ambition of becoming a dentist.
She has four sisters and two dogs whom she adores! She enjoys making people smile and laugh when they walk into the office.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, doing yoga, spending time with her family and friends, and teaching bible study on weekends at Our Lady of the Cedars Church.
She is very adventurous, even when it comes to her passion for trying new foods and going to new places, a true foodie.
Speaking to her interest in nature, Danielle enjoys the outdoors and by no mistake, loves using natural products and eating natural and pure foods.
Danielle’s easygoing and positive personality never fails to turn a bad day around and make even a stranger laugh, which is probably why her self-proclaimed motto is,
“Life is too short to frown, so turn that frown upside down!”
Danielle is dedicated entirely to learning all she can about dentistry, making her an essential element to this office’s success.
Jamie Molina, Dental Assistant
Jamie arrived at our office with 6 years of experience as a dental assistant. She is a 2009 graduate from Pima Medical Institute.
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Jamie recently made her way to Houston in January 2015 with her adopted pit-bull Star.
On her days off you can find Jamie around Houston with her camera and her adventurous mind. She takes great pride in her photography.
She also enjoys painting, give her a blank canvas and watch her imagination run wild.
Jamie has the desire to make our office her professional home after arriving from Arizona because of the friendly work environment and great team atmosphere. Her love for dentistry drives her to provide a wonderful experience and comforting service to our patients.
You will always find a smile on Jamie’s face after working with patients and reminding them the importance of oral care.
Michelle, Front Desk
Michelle recently graduated from The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her years of undergrad, she was an active member of the American Student Dental Association, which drove her passion in the field of Dentistry. She is an aspiring dental hygienist. Michelle’s first priority is always our patient’s comfort. From the moment a patient steps in the office, she makes them feel at home.
In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with her two dogs, Miso and Lychee. She is a true foodie, which makes her work relationship with Danielle at the front desk seamless because of their shared interests. She is also active in her community as she volunteers with the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation and Texas Mission of Mercy (TMOM) Smile Foundation.
Michelle’s contagious smile and bubbly personality will happily greet you at the door and make you feel part of the family here at The Dentist at Greenway.
